So how much of that was fed by this

they were doing a long attack on michael in the SGD chat which i didn't interfere in, but they need to stop

he doesn't add to anything and he seems determined to just antagonize striker

they had a conversation about how girls are icky in the staff chat and that lead into attacking michael, i just ignored it
