Andre Bing, the accused gunman behind six killings at a Virginia Walmart where he worked, left a manifesto blaming the deadly violence on "torment" by coworkers and demonic influences.

Not something typically seen in Western society. Things are changing quickly. The mental health aspects is something I am seeing a lot of here in the US.

Dr Christmas said psychiatric teams are "doing their very best" to cope with an influx of mental health patients, but admitted there can be quite long waits to be seen. "It just adds to the burden on everybody- it's very difficult.

🔹The refinery processes 400,000 barrels of oil 🛢annually (3% of northern Europe’s refining capacity) & is a top supplier of diesel to Northern Europe. Wood Mackenzie Ltd: "stockpiles of fuel in region may slide to record lows".

🔹Unions are seeking a 9.5% pay increase + a one-time bonus, while BP has offered a 5% increase + a one-time bonus. Dutch inflation is around 15% 📈.

🔹Poland 🇵🇱, Spain 🇪🇸 & Greece 🇬🇷 are eager to implement the cap, and says this proposal is not realistic as it is so high that it is unlikely to ever be triggered.
