A father says he caught a foreign man taking close-up photographs of children in a kiddies pool at Ballybunion beach.
The man, who was wearing a light-blue bucket hat pulled tightly over his head and dark sunglasses, said he could speak no English and had a Russian sounding accent.
He deleted the pictures after being confronted.

300 migrants from the Event Centre in #Breaffy are to be moved into the new centre in the #Castlebar Retail Business Park within the coming weeks. Be aware that there are questionable figures for asylum rejection rates going around. They're being attributed to the ESRI when it would make more sense to request the information from the Dept of Justice.
Minister Helen McEntee granted an amnesty to 3,000 asylum seekers last year so this has impacted the rejection rate figures.

🚨 Community Alert for Heuston Station.
A Dublin mother says a foreign man has been allegedly touching himself while staring at passengers including at a mother & child in the vicinity of Heuston Station in Dublin.
In replies to her post, the mother says she's spotted the man at least three times during the week in the same clothes and that he's always near where women and children are.
She added that he doesn't speak any English and is constantly drinking naggins of spirits.
She says on one occasion Irish Rail made a public announcement that he was barred from boarding any of their services and to leave the station. They said gardaí had been called.

Irish redditor inherits a house from his deceased father who had been renting it to a foreign mother & son using HAP. She's been on the housing list for 14 years and has let the property go to shit which he's quietly seething over.
He's gingerly attempting to evict her so he can settle down in the house with his partner, but she has other plans for the property and wants to bring five more family members to Ireland to sleep on beds in the garage while they wait for the council to prioritise their housing due to the eviction order.
Howler of a thread especially as nobody will state the obvious as they banned all normal people years ago.
"She seems to think that I am going to house her, despite me clarifying more than once that I am not in a position to do so. So it’s been a frustrating relationship for me to maintain, but I am patient and understand that her circumstances are not ideal."
