My research (several image scans of what appeared to be circulated emails from supremecourt server hosts), as well as 2 other very good researchers and a close friend, suggested that B v. A was a 5-4 in FAVOR of the Brunsons.
I made the statement below based on that research. I was clearly and astoundingly wrong. And a full apology is needed. Please accept this as such.
