FBI Director Wray has confirmed the existence of the FD-1023 form alleging then-Vice President Biden engaged in a criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national.

He’s allowing this unclassified record to be reviewed at the FBI but hasn’t produced it to committee.

If the FBI fails to hand over the FD-1023 form as required by the subpoena, @RepJamesComer will begin contempt of Congress proceedings

Devin Nunes advises Comer to hold Wray in contempt even though they will be allowed to see the requested documents.

“There is no way that they should take this. They can go look at it on camera, but I would hold him in contempt almost immediately. He cannot be trusted.”

Comer gives an update on his call with Wray today.

Wray offered the doc but it will be redacted (lol), but Wray didn’t admit the FBI had it until Comer told him he has already seen the document (lol). Comer rubbed the Durham report in Wray’s face (lol). The FBI has until Tuesday or Wednesday of next week to produce the document or he faces contempt (lol).
