Oooo. Let’s talk about trust for a moment.
• Trust takes years to build. Seconds to break and forever to repair.
• Trustworthiness is in a person’s actions, not just words
• Good teams become great teams when the members trust each other to surrender the me for we.

When you argue with someone, say someone you love and respect, does trust go out the window? For me personally a big NO. Trust remains until it can no longer exist. Is there really a thing called blind trust or trusting blindly? Well let’s first define it: blind trust is implicit faith, question-less faith, acceptance without question. belief without true understanding, perception, or discrimination.

Ok. So blind trust in essence would make us a bit biased. And we cant forget that all trust must optimally be earned not assumed or presumed. So why am I bringing up trust today? Because watching current events happening in our very own frog community is definitely encompassing trust issues. If one person has control over a program but their once trusted colleague is on a egocentric power grab then that trust has been shattered. The egocentric power grabber surrendered the once great team to become the “me” team instead of the “we” team even though it will hurt the community as a whole. How can that be remedied. How can the controller ever trust the egocentric power grabber again? The answer is obvious. The controller will never be able to. Then it would make common sense that the answer would be that the egocentric power grabber must be banished from the organization permanently. Wouldn’t that be the logical answer? My Dad used to say, “once a snake…always a snake.” Unfortunately that is right. Once the trust is broken it can be near impossible to repair it.

Personally I have been told I trust too easily… my trust is easily earned even…but it can also be quickly burned if you take advantage. We are on this mission for a specific reason or reasons. Most are here to save the children, save humanity, fight for our freedom…but there are others unfortunately that are not pure of heart. They have their own agendas…they just use this mission to satisfy their own needs. They may utter the right words at times but their actions show their real intent. They really seem oblivious to anything that the White Hats are doing because to them the only thing they see is that ladder they want to climb to grab the power that they seek. They tend to get upset if you don’t agree with them even to the point of lobbing personal attacks because they are too consumed with their own desires and greed for power. I may sound heartless but these type of people deserve to stay in the third dimension with their me me me attitude. They may talk about the need to raise the community vibes but it is all for show. Is this someone you want to trust? Not me.

I trust my frog family. They are strong and are pure of heart and true to the mission and building a beautiful future for their children, grandchildren and future generations. They are true to their families even when shunned because some members are late bloomers to the truth. Above all they know this mission is about truth. Yes I trust my frog family. I also trust completely those I work with directly. They have proven to be the most amazing patriots and White Hats. And as I stated the other day I strongly trust Whiplash and NPM because they are CONFIRMED White Hats and two of the most honorable and hardworking men on this planet. Because of my beliefs, attacks have hit not only me but others just because they are associated with me. They use threats etc. but guess what. My two mentors taught me some valuable words that keep me very surefooted in this mission: 1) there is nothing to fear… 2) it matters not. Those two simple phrases are what keep my attitude positive and pulls me thru the attackers nonsense.

Last week the New York Post reported that CBS’s parent company Paramount is looking at selling its iconic West 57th Street studio and headquarters in New York City to help cut costs. Now according to the New York Post, they have received a copy of an internal memo that confirms that CBS is looking to sell its New York City headquarters and studios.
CBS is looking to sell its main studio that it has had since the 1950s. The plan is to sell the expensive location and look for a cheaper, smaller location for its studios to help cut costs.

Venture capital giant Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) chose London as the site for its first office outside the U.S., saying the U.K. government is willing to create policies that encourage startups to pursue decentralization.
Menlo Park, California-based A16z plans to use the office, which will open later this year and be led by Sriram Krishnan, to invest in the crypto and startup ecosystem in the U.K. and Europe, it said Sunday.
The firm also cited its recent investments in U.K.-based companies, including leading a $43 million Series A funding round into blockchain-based computing resources for artificial intelligence platforms (AI) provider Gensyn, which was also announced on Sunday.
