What you can see in this video is one old Tartarian building that still has the original plug-in sockets for transferring electricity.
This building that was built in "J 6 9 2", which means 692 years after death of Jesus, not 1692 as mainstream historians want you to believe.
This building is equipped with grounding cables that prevent the transferring of the Etheric energy to the plug-in sockets which are at the bottom of the building.
Whenever you visit these old castles / churches people tend to look at the interiors and the modern improvements made to preserve the building but often miss the finer details that have been masked to hide the real history / use of these.

My fellow Americans, over the course of the next several days you will undoubtedly realize that we are taking back our great country (the land of the free) from the evil tyrants that wish to do us harm and destroy the last remaining refuge of shining light. On POTUS’ order, we have initiated certain fail-safes that shall safeguard the public from the primary fallout which is slated to occur 11.3 upon the arrest announcement of Mr. Podesta (actionable 11.4). We will be initiating the Emergency Broadcast System (EMS) during this time in an effort to provide a direct message (avoiding the fake news) to all citizens.
