Matters are that your predecessor ,specifically ,Margaret Thatcher, having, on the facts , committed treason twice, and failing to gain the owners permission (taxpayers/assured party creditors) that we the below named implement with immediate effect Section 5 (2) (a) of the Theft Act 1968. against all alleged energy suppliers and CEOs ,illegitimate courts and parties.
THE THEFT ACT 1968 S5 (2)(a)
(2)Where property is subject to a trust, the persons to whom it belongs shall be regarded as including any person having a right to enforce the trust, and an intention to defeat the trust shall be regarded accordingly as an intention to deprive of the property any person having that right.
It is clear that the state falsely claimed ownership of the following by privatising the GAS /WATER and ELECTRIC Boards in the mid 1980s and as such criminal complaint is now laid that the Gas/Electric and Water Boards could not be privatised by Thatcher having,on the Facts committed the most henious of offences namely treason and by those facts was bound to recuse themselves (as you are now) from office .(there is an abundance of evidence of the crime of Treason being committed by MPs of The Conservative party and that complicity in the offence continues today.
On the above the Gas /Electric and Water Boards are now such that the trust is so removed and the property of The Gas ,Electric and Water Boards are returned to the assured party creditors /Taxpayers with immediate effect.
This comunication will be advanced to all Utility Company directors to cease making claims against any party and all profits to be seized as they , the profits ,are from the proceeds of crime.
From receipt of this claim no party shall make any payments to any utility company as they (CEOs ) are complicit in the Allegation of Conspiracy to commit theft from the owners of The Gas,Electric and water Boards
List parties making claim as TAXPAYERS that demand the return of stolen property

..every utility (gas/elec etc) belongs IN PART to you the individual ...it is passed to you by the efforts and labours of your parents/grandpaents .great grandparents etc ....now impose S5 Theft Act 1968 and write to the utility companies and tell them with no messsing ITS NOT YOURS we claim it back as stolen property ...then Sunak has a big problem in that he and his ilk has make sure it happens ....in the meantime no utility company will have any right of claim for monies against you as it is a pending criminal matter
