I have been banned from every comedy club in Scotland and was also banned from the Fringe because of speaking out against Covid. I got invited to perform at a Freedom Festival and give a talk at a protest meeting recently but both times I was warned not to swear after they had seen me give this talk. I find it mad that we are trying to expose evil but have to watch the language as we do so. I just try to keep it real and not swear for the sake of it, but being Scottish it is a bit like punctuation at times. 😊

Not by avoiding things like nightshades on a regular basis.

Not by exercising regularly.

Not by changing what I looked at, like coaches and inspiring people.

Not by checking how I'm speaking to myself on a regular basis.

Not by who I'm allowing into my space regularly and how I'm allowing them to treat me.

Not by doing square breathing.

Just Prozac and Lexapro and Seroquel.

I used to be programmed into thinking that those were the only options, because those were the only things I knew.
