Meanwhile she won't allow a vote on the vaccine passport ban bill.

The next day, after limited correspondence, Arizona Attorney General Brnovich was satisfied with the answers he received and was confident Arizona voters were not disenfranchised by sharpies.

No answers on the adjudication process. No mention of "irregular ballots." We now know what happened, now that we see the adjudication numbers.

Tomorrow, the AZ Senate will likely subpoena the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and Scott Jarrett to have them appear in person to hear sworn testimony as to why they have refused to turn over the routers and passwords to county election equipment as required by subpoena.

There are several laws which govern 501c3 non-profit organizations. Most groups are very careful to follow the law, but then there is Big Education. In Arizona, Save Our Schools Arizona (SOS) gained notoriety when they formed to lobby for increased “education” funding. It seems to have worked since the Republican Governor and Legislature obey their demands and continually increase funding for public schools, regardless what the media and SOS representatives recite in soundbites.


On September 27, 2020 Chandler Governing Board member Lindsay Love (Chandler’s Planned Parenthood representative) was asked to give the closing keynote address to GLSEN’s Phoenix chapter Virtual Back2School summit. The address was geared more towards grooming students to be activists instead of students. Ms. Love advertised for SOS Arizona.

The Arizona Democrat Party files stipulation to dismiss their election audit challenge following last week's Settlement Agreement

Last week, the Arizona Democratic Party/ Supervisor Gallardo v. Fann/ Cyber Ninjas et al reached a Settlement Agreement. Following acceptance of the agreement, the AZ Dems filed a Stipulation to Dismiss the case late Friday. The agreement gives parties the right to go back to court if there are unaddressed breaches of the agreement.

🔗 Maricopa County: The Big Router Lie

From the article:

As reported on May 6 by UncoverDC, Maricopa county failed to deliver subpoenaed admin passwords and routers to the auditors for the ongoing Maricopa County forensic audit. Maricopa County Attorney Joseph LaRue wrote a letter to the liaison for the audit, Ken Bennett, on May 3. UncoverDC reported:

“The letter states that the Maricopa County attorney could not deliver the promised ‘virtual images’ of the routers because they could not adequately redact ‘confidential law enforcement data.’ According to the letter, there were also concerns that handing over the routers could put ‘sensitive, confidential data belonging to Maricopa County citizens such as health information and social security numbers.’”

Ward explains why this is a lie,
“Hardware routers are a separate, dedicated piece of equipment with fast networking and limited disk storage…Only the rawest of rookie network technicians would install additional applications and data files on a router…they are trained that a router is a single-purpose machine to used to route, used to route packets of data. A router would never be used as a database server because the disk storage would not support a database server, especially for an entity as large as Maricopa County…there is no danger when making a copy of the router hard drive.”

This may be true; however, the router would allow a user/hacker to access/deny ACLs (Access Control Lists) if they have any. This would indicate which range of IPs are allowed to access the router to make changes. If someone could gain access to a router, then they can do significant damage. It may be that Maricopa County is concerned with exposing the security protocols for the routers—which may expose vulnerabilities.

Even though this was expected, to say that we are furious is an understatement. The Chandr of Commerce heavily supported this SCR.

A SCR goes to the SOS to be included in the next general election ballot. Ducey has no veto over it because it is a legislative referral.

Time to primary these ass hats:
