Ontario Appeal Court overturns ruling in case where the mother didn’t want her children vaccinated for COVID-19.

Justice Jonathon George pictured above has overturned Justice Alex Pazaratz February 2022 ruling.

Justice Pazarataz ruled in favour of the mother last year after a court battle between her and her ex husband.

The mother didn’t want her two children to receive the COVID-19 vaccines citing concerns.

The ex husband filed a motion requesting a court order to get the children vaccinated.

The mother contested the motion and won.

Now Justice George’s overturned ruling means the father is given sole decision making authority on getting the kids vaccinated.

Liberal Attorney General David Lametti loses major federal court ruling in constitutional challenge against the use of the Emergency Act.

A Federal case filed by the The Canadian Civil Liberties Association back in February 2022, is a constitutional challenge of the cabinet’s use of the Federal Governments Emergencies Act.

The CCLA had requested that internal cabinet documents be un-redacted and entered as evidence. The Department of Justice rejected that request citing “cabinet confidentiality.”

However, the internal documents the CCLA is requesting have already been released during the Public Order Emergency Commission.

The internal documents the CCLA is seeking will show that the police never considered the Freedom Convoy a threat, and that the police never requested the use of the Emergency Act.

The judge has ordered that the internal documents be admitted into the court as evidence.

According to CBC, RCMP raided Joanne Person's home and charged her with possession of a weapon and mischief to property.

Those charges have recently been dropped by the prosecution.

Persons did not tell CBC why those charges were dropped.

A few weeks ago, just after the prosecution announced dropping the charges, Person claims in a video posted online, that she has five and a half hours of audio and alleges police had "brought guns into her home."

It's unknown if the audio Person's claims to have has been released or not.

Comparing the Covid-19 vaccines to historical vaccine products in the USA. The United States vaccine injury reporting system shows significantly higher reports of issues in the Covid-19 vaccines compared to 89 different vaccine products administered over the last 33+ years.

From 1990 to present (Feb 2023) there were 881,619 vaccine injury reports with 9,770 death reports. This was for 89 different vaccine products administered over 33+ years, excluding the Covid-19 vaccines

Now, if we look at the Covid-19 vaccines that have been administered in just over 2 years, we see over 1.5 million reports, with 34,079 reports of death.

Today I filed a freedom of information request on the federal level for any and all internal records that mention adverse events, injuries, and deaths from the thing for the last 2+ years. This request will likely trigger thousands of pages and take some time.

I have a request similar to this filed with the province of Ontario already, and I have been advised they have hundreds of pages of documents to send me, but they have continuously delayed the request for the last 7 months. I am supposed to get an update on this soon.
