Elon Musk announced on Twitter he was activating his Starlink internet service Iran. Protests have been escalating since the death last week of a 22-year-old woman who had been arrested by morality police for “unsuitable attire.”

Musk was responding to announcements by top officials that the U.S. would help block Iranian efforts to censor the protesters. Tehran had cut off internet access for most citizens Wednesday in response to the demonstrations.

Despite U.S. sanctions on the country, the Treasury Department issued guidance Friday to expand the internet services available to Iranians.

Once Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that the United States had taken steps “to advance internet freedom and the free flow of information” to the Iranian people, Musk made his announcement:

For Years, Philly Police Dumped Crime Location Data at Disney World

The unusual policy for logging crime locations in the Philadelphia Police Department's electronic records began more than 10 years ago. When an error in location was made or unable to be tracked, location data entered into the records was Disney World.

After this investigation by NBC 10, things changed.

Law Firm Challenges School Halloween Party Sponsored by Sex-Change Surgeons, Gay Nightclub

Nothing says “Halloween” like a party for children sponsored by surgeons offering to cut off healthy body parts.

That’s what San Diego’s La Costa Heights Elementary, the K-6 school is offering. The school plans to host “Boo Bash,” billed as the “Queerest Free Halloween Party For Youth and Families,”On Oct. 29.

The event includes a “family friendly” drag show, games, trick-or-treating, and a costume contest, the email states.

The spookiest part of Boo Bash is the sponsor list:
📌 Align Surgical Associates Inc., a sex-change surgery company. The practice’s website offers “gender-affirming” surgeries.
📌 Rich’s, a gay nightclub for adults 21 and up. A review on TripAdvisor said Rich’s allows drug use. Several reviews on Yelp mentioned the bar’s exotic dancers.
