Clinton-Appointed Judge Maxine Chesney Accused of Trying To Silence The Movement To Expose CPS

A mother named Andrea Wood is publicly speaking out San Francisco federal judge Maxine Chesney for trying to stop her efforts to legally fight against Child Protective Services (CPS).

Maxine Chesney was nominated for a federal judgeship on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California in 1995.

According to Andrea Wood, Maxine Chesney wrongfully labeled Wood a “vexatious litigant” without a trial or a hearing, claiming that Wood filed a frivolous lawsuit against Contra Costa County in California after the CPS agency there seized Wood’s children.

Wood has appealed Chesney’s ruling, and said that Chesney is trying to silence her because appeared in a documentary on Wood recently appeared in Save the Babies: A Documentary on CPS Child Trafficking.

Wood is fighting to get all of her children back, including her 12-year old daughter Kingsley who is still in foster care.

Parts of Texas overwhelmed by migrant deaths

Texas Funeral homes and county morgues are filled to overflowing with bodies of migrants who have died trying to cross the border.

Webb County Medical Examiner Dr. Corinne Stern: “I’m seeing an extreme increase in border crossing deaths compared to other years”.

For the first time, Dr. Stern told officials in the 11 border counties she serves that her office is at capacity. So, “We’re asking them to store them at their funeral homes until we have a space available” Dr. Stern said she has 260 deceased migrants in her custody. They are pending identification.

In Maverick County, TX; a funeral home is at capacity too. With the medical examiner not taking bodies, they are now burying unidentified migrants.

Dr. Stern’s analysis: “Politics aside, all these deaths are ruled an accident. An accident by definition is preventable100%. Stay Home!”
