These are good antivirals and a good list for you to have. The medicinal mushrooms are not in there, but other than that, this is a good list. Some of these herbs are not appropriate for CoVID-19 but we are not entirely sure that CoVID-19 is the only contagion we are facing. I mentioned earlier on this Channel, that 2-3 years ago Dr. Rudy Tanzi of Harvard had been approached by Edmond de Rothschild (yes...as in the banking family) to create aerosolized viruses; Dr. Tanzi refused. Of the herbs listed, Andrographis is one you should track down and have on hand.
