👆👆👆Who can explain why this Politico story from today makes 0% sense when Durham's already showing internal Perkins Coie, DNC, Fusion GPS emails, text messages, memos, billing records and more in his indictments?
The reporters at Politico are either deliberately or obtusely approaching this BACKWARDS. Durham's grand jury already subpoenaed this stuff and he's been using it in his indictments and his filings. He wouldn't be doing that if he didn't already have them.

Here's what you want to know.
What the lawyers are trying to do is claim that attorney/client privilege can be used to keep witnesses from Perkins Coie or Fusion GPS from having to testify at the trial.
Well excuse MEEEEEEEEEEE.
Durham already got a federal judge to agree that by enlisting her own attorneys in a criminal scheme, Hillary Clinton's attorney/client privilege was vitiated.
As in obliterated.
As in, it no longer exists.
This is why the federal judge ordered Perkins Coie, Fusion GPS, the Clinton campaign, Neustar and the DNC to cough up all the documents to Durham that he's been using in his indictments and filings.
He's not waiting to get them or engaging in legal courtroom maneuvers to access them. He already HAS them.
This is a spin job being put out by Clinton's lawyers to try to build a PR narrative that attorney/client privilege should allow Sussmann, Elias, Simpson and Fritsch and other Perkins Coie/Fusion GPS employees to resist having to testify at the trials.
