Pure Evil: California Assembly Bill 2223 Seeks to Decriminalize the Killing of Babies Post-Birth

"What the bill actually does is it decriminalizes mothers or anybody helping mothers involved or any actions related to something called perinatal death... Perinatal death is the death of a child, either 22 weeks old in the womb, till up to seven days, 27 days, 28 days, even sometimes, I've heard, up to a year after birth. The legislature has not really defined this particular term that we can find, but if you Google it, you'll find all the definitions include death after birth, up to seven days. And so now the law is going to decriminalize any type of actions that either the mother or somebody else takes against a child who was born, whether healthy, whether [handicapped], it doesn't matter."

We have been seeking clarification from the US side on the true nature of its bioactivity in Ukraine and explanations with regard to the above-mentioned documents. In particular, we asked to clarify why the US Department of State keeps insisting that the US operates no laboratories in Ukraine, while there is documented proof of Pentagon directly managing these labs, with its sub-contractors implementing projects with deadly bio agents.

We have received no answers so far. The US as well as other Western delegations have been totally dismissive.

Military biological activities of the US on the territory of Ukraine are a violation of the Biological Weapons Convention. Such activities bring up biological threats of global scale, which respect no border and can lead up to a new pandemic which can surpass COVID-19 pandemic.

Technically all of the weapons in the U.S. military are classified as “defensive” weapons, per the Department of Defense. Every weapon is defensive until it is used; then the use of the weapon changes its classification to offensive. Why would biological weapons be any different?
