🚨BREAKING: New York Supreme Court Reinstates All Employees Fired for Being Unvaccinated, Orders Back Pay
🇺🇸@COVID19Up: The New York state Supreme Court has reinstated all employees who were fired for not receiving a COVID-19 vaccine, ordering back pay and saying their rights had been violated.
The court found Monday (Oct. 24) that "being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting COVID-19."
New York City alone fired roughly 1,400 employees for being unvaccinated earlier this year after the city adopted a COVID-19 vaccine mandate under former Mayor Bill de Blasio.
Many of those fired were police officers and firefighters.
Current New York City Mayor Eric Adams claimed in March 2022 that the city would not be rehiring any unvaccinated workers who were fired, adding that "we are not reviewing if we are going to bring [them] back."

This is my today's request to Twitter to reactivate my personal account. Of course, my primary platforms will remain Telegram, Substack, and Gettr. But, in my modest opinion, it's time for justice.
Dear Twitter Support,
Dear Elon,
I am a noted scientist, and sixteen months ago, I was banned from Twitter without a specification of reasons. When I asked for them, I was told that I was banned for life for "targeted harassment". Unfortunately, a new enquiry didn't lead anywhere as you guys still could not, or didn't want to provide me with the real reason.
Consequently, I went to court to determine why I got banned and to get my account back. During that lawsuit, I learned that the real reason for my ban was my statement that "viruses usually become weaker over time", which is not set in stone but is an international scientific consensus.
Previously, I was temporarily banned for referring to my peer-reviewed vitamin D publication, making statements on the efficacy of Ivermectin and masks, etc. As the empirical data show, everything I said was accurate, but unfortunately, it was considered dangerous medical misinformation.
Even though I considered my permaban scandalous and unjustified at that time, given the now generally accepted scientific findings and the new leadership of Twitter opposing silencing dissidents, it is about time to reinitiate my account.
Thank you for releasing the bird and, hopefully, providing the world with a platform for uncensored and fair debates.

I'm in the supermarket. I'm the only one wearing an n95 mask. A woman begins to clap. Another woman has tears in her eyes. Someone does not hug me but says 'solidarity' instead. It is 3 a.m – I luckily quickly woke up from this nightmare.
If you put 100 black ants and 100 red ants in a glass jar, nothing will happen, but if you take the jar and shake it violently, the ants will start killing each other. Reds will believe that black is the enemy and vice versa when the real enemy is the person who shook the jar.

I consider Peter Hotez one of the most dangerous and misanthropic people on this beautiful planet. Both Hotez and his companion Kristian Anderson should be brought to justice and face similar punishments as the doctors who committed these awful crimes during the second world war.
To remind you, Andersen is the person who questioned the natural origin of SARS-CoV-2 (in the Fauci emails) while writing a paper ridiculing the lab leak theory.
Please excuse my harsh language but people who are most likely responsible for the deaths of that many people and the destruction of hundreds of millions of livelihoods don't deserve gentle words.

And guess what - Mr. Haintz lost the lawsuit with reference to "freedom of expression". The court considered these dangerous and untrue statements as "free speech" of the defendant and justifies this as follows: "With his statement, the defendant [Karl Lauterbach] rather takes a stand in the political battle of opinions. Neutrality takes it here - as specified - just as little for itself as a confidence in the objectivity of his statement."
