The thing is, with UFOs going so mainstream combined with what I think is mass paranoia setting in at some level, now when people look at the sky they think every little light they see is going to be a UFO - or they look at their yards and they could see humans but in their mind think "aliens!". Or when they take drugs they are going to be more susceptible to alien related delusions.

After reviewing this footage I don't think there much to it, and that light on the cop's dashcam was probably a meteor. There's a meteor showed every year that peaks in late April, the Lyrids.
