The first 2021 census results come out today at 11am, however no ethnicity data for a while yet. Today we will get information on:

- usual resident population by sex

- usual resident population by 5-year age group

- usual resident population by sex and 5-year age group

- usual resident population density

- number of households

I’ve been eating well and exercising over the last few months and today I learned that I’ve lost all of my baby weight and I’m back to where I was before getting pregnant. I’m not at the end of my journey yet, but it’s great to be back here.

Sometimes I hear the narrative that having a baby will destroy your body, but that’s not the case. It is recommended to gain 25-35 pounds during pregnancy, but with a little bit of discipline you can lose all of that and return to where you were before. It took me 6 months in total, and that includes a 6 week rest period at the start where I didn’t exercise.

Now I plan to continue eating well and exercising and I hope to see further progress!

I'd hazard a guess that 90% of people think all the LGBT gender pronoun stuff is garbage and they don't entertain it, yet we have every part of the System from the government, to the police, to the banks, to academia, to the media going along with it.

I can't find a dentist because they all have a waiting list of 2-4 years, but fresh off the boat migrants in Linton-on-Ouse will be given their own GPs and dentists.

I'm just going through June's activity for PA's Monthly Update tonight and saw this photo which I really love. It includes activists from the North West, the North East, Yorkshire and the West Mids. I've met some of the best people I've ever met through PA and I really feel like I've made friends for life. They are people who will have your back whatever happens in the future. I like how Sam takes a contingent of nationalists to the centre of one of the most left wing cities in the country and gives an incredible speech down his megaphone about the demographic replacement of our people and he’s still known as “Laura Towler’s husband” 😂

On a serious note though, my heart bursts with pride for those of our activists who travelled to York today. You stood in the belly of the beast and fiercely let it be known that we won’t go quietly and we will never compromise on the safety and prosperity of our people.

A fantastic demo in York centre today, an absolute madhouse but PA were the eye of the storm; calm, collected and professional.

I think we showed that without a doubt Patriotic Alternative is the future of nationalism in the UK.
