The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has denied a motion by the Biden administration to allow migrant releases under two blocked policies to continue amid a legal challenge.
The Securities and Exchange Commission sued Coinbase Global Inc. in federal court on Tuesday, alleging the crypto firm for years broke its rules and evaded regulations by letting users trade numerous crypto tokens that were actually unregistered securities.
