But conservatives have mistaken advocating for socially degenerate positions using a respectful “conservative” tone for true conservatism while pugnaciously, and at times perhaps irreverently, conserving christian values as somehow “liberal.” This misconception is deadly for the right wing.
These “trad” e-girls are always like “why do today’s SOY BOYS wear those fanny pack man purses? What do they have to carry that my grandfather didn’t?” …well first of all um…cell phone, charger, headphones…? But also men have carried “man purses” for ages so stfu and get off the internet. It’s funny because “woke” in its broadest sense can be defined as social liberalism—gay rights, anti-white patriarchy opposing radical feminism, women’s rights, civil rights, multiculturalism, etc. But the problem with that is if many of these conservative influencers who make a living off of an anti-woke brand adopt that definition, they indict themselves right? That’s why they have such a hard time defining it because they couldn’t use the term without acknowledging they are the picture-perfect definition of woke.
That’s why I get a kick out of Rob Smith trying to explain that wokeism, which somehow excludes his lifestyle, is responsible for the anti-gay laws in Africa. “If only they knew that MOST gay people aren’t woke, they’d totally support homosexuality! It’s the fault of the homosexuals who actually behave like homosexuals” as if somehow the two aren’t entirely the same thing. It’s pretzel logic really.
