We can see a body and shattered glass in front seat of a white van "possibly connected" to the mass shooting in Monterey Park. Van is in Torrance. LASD SEB cleared the vehicle and now homicide detectives on scene. Not known who is dead inside or their connection to the shooting, John Schreiber reports.

The news conference in Torrance has been canceled. The next briefing will take place 4:30 p.m. at Monterey Park City Hall.
