The official added that “multiple streams of intelligence” confirmed the individual they’d been tracking was indeed al-Zawahiri."
Taliban gave him up. We will likely never get confirmation of that, but it seems a very plausible conclusion.

At some point folks gotta realize that Rudy is doing work, he’s helping catch the bad guys. Why would DOJ arrest him? That raid on his apartment for his devices was ALWAYS about getting evidence on the targets he met with, NOT getting him! Anyone who read the court filings knows this. Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately idk, more people read the fake news than read court docs.
It also set important precedents. 😉
