11th Circuit sided with DOJ on the issue of continuing their criminal investigation using “marked classified” materials seized from the MAL “raid.”

This concerns ~100 out of ~11k documents.

The Special Master will continue his work.

This does not bother me, in fact I think it’s good.

It sets the precedent that when a future search warrant is served on other former presidents, the DOJ can continue in a similar fashion while a special master sorts out the a/c privilege, the PRA, and return of property issues.

The template continues to be cut and shaped for future actions.

DOJ is not targeting Trump. We have zero evidence that they are and many indicators that they are not.

18 U.S. Code § 1519 - Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in Federal investigations and bankruptcy.

Do these potential charges match up with actions taken by DJT?
