The Manhattan grand jury will not be meeting today, delaying any potential indictment of President Donald Trump until tomorrow at the earliest.

The DC Court of Appeals has upheld the piercing of Trump's attorney-client privilege with his lawyer, Evan Corcoran.

Trump's lawyer is required to produce documents and records to the DOJ. (He'll also likely have to testify before a grand jury.)

This relates to the Special Counsel's investigation into Trump's handling of "classified" documents.

It's starting to look like Trump leaked his imminent indictment on purpose knowing that the mainstream media would latch onto a nothingburger story and therefore skyrocket his popularity as the only man truly over the target in the eyes of the masses.
Trump plays the media like a fiddle.
He is the master and they are his mere puppets.

What do you think?
The leak was real, the news was fake.

And the leaker… was probably Trump! 😂

‘SEC Charges Crypto Entrepreneur Justin Sun and his Companies for Fraud and Other Securities Law Violations

Eight celebrities also charged for illegal touting of Sun’s crypto asset securities

The SEC simultaneously charged the following eight celebrities for illegally touting TRX and/or BTT without disclosing that they were compensated for doing so and the amount of their compensation.

•             Lindsay Lohan
•             Jake Paul
•             DeAndre Cortez Way (Soulja Boy)
•             Austin Mahone
•             Michele Mason (Kendra Lust)
•             Miles Parks McCollum (Lil Yachty)
•             Shaffer Smith (Ne-Yo)
•             Aliaune Thiam (Akon)

The SEC’s complaint, filed in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, alleges that Sun and his companies offered and sold TRX and BTT as investments through multiple unregistered “bounty programs,” which directed interested parties to promote the tokens on social media, join and recruit others to Tron-affiliated Telegram and Discord channels, and create BitTorrent accounts in exchange for TRX and BTT distributions.

The complaint further alleges that Sun, BitTorrent Foundation, and Rainberry offered and sold BTT in unregistered monthly airdrops to investors, including in the United States, who purchased and held TRX in Tron wallets or on participating crypto asset trading platforms. According to the complaint, each of these unregistered offers and sales violated Section 5 of the Securities Act.’

In case you haven’t noticed, Trump is the master of narratives.

Trump posts message that they are going to indict & arrest him.
Media goes into a frenzy thinking they finally got him.
Trump team plays into frenzy (legal team press conference, outrage, etc.)
Trump team circulates letter from Cohen team proving he is innocent.
Public sees the two-tier system of justice.
Trump gains sympathy & support from the people.
Trump wins, again.

Wash. Rinse. Repeat.
"Credit Suisse Group AG and UBS Group AG are among the banks under scrutiny in a US Justice Department probe into whether financial professionals helped Russian oligarchs evade sanctions, according to people familiar with the matter.

The Swiss banks were included in a recent wave of subpoenas sent out by the US government...

The information requests were sent before the crisis that engulfed Credit Suisse and resulted in UBS’s proposed takeover of its rival.

Subpoenas also went to employees of some major US banks, two people with knowledge of the inquiries, said.

The Justice Department inquiries are focused on identifying which bank employees dealt with sanctioned clients and how those clients were vetted over the past several years, according to one of the people. Those bankers and advisers may then be subject to further investigation to determine if they broke any laws."

'Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General (IG) Michael E. Horowitz wants Congress to upgrade his authority to include investigating allegations of professional misconduct against government lawyers involved in litigation, providing legal advice, and official investigations.

“While the IG has jurisdiction to review alleged misconduct by non-lawyers in the department, it does not have jurisdiction over alleged misconduct committed by department attorneys, including federal prosecutors, when they act in their capacity as lawyers, namely, when they are litigating, investigating, or providing legal advice,” Horowitz told members of the House Appropriations Committee’s Subcommittee on Commerce, Justice, Science and Related Agencies during a March 23 hearing.

Instead of the IG, the DOJ’s Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) is responsible for assessing such allegations.

“As a result, these types of misconduct allegations against department lawyers, including any that may be made against the most senior department lawyers (including those in departmental leadership positions), are handled differently than those made against agents or other department employees,” Horowitz testified.'

Stormy is another one of Trump's Matador's Cloak tricks. His enemies, especially in the media, cannot resist charging at her. Porn, Sex, Cover-up, Hush Payments, Crooked Lawyers... as the media covers this hoax scandal THEY ARE AT THE SAME TIME informing their readers/viewers of how such scandals/cover-ups work and turning them all against such things.

Hello Bill Clinton, and a number of other politicians who have engaged in the same, and worse, behavior and who the media previously defended.

Like a Reverse Overton Window, Trump has undone much of the programming that media uploaded to the simulation in the wake of Clinton's Sex Scandals.

However, this is a secondary or tertiary benefit of the op.

The real question is... WHO is/are the REAL targets of the operation?

Is it:

-Keith Davidson, Stormy Daniels former lawyer who was paid the $130k out of Cohen's shell company?

-Elliott Broidy, who was paid $62,500 out of Cohen's shell company and then transferred $385,500 into another account that then funneled that same amount back to Keith Davidson?

-Victor Vekselberg, who used Columbus Nova to pay $500k into Cohen's shell company that paid out to Stormy Daniels?

-Or, is it First Republic Bank, the bank that Cohen used for the shell company?

It could be someone nobody has even considered.

One thing we can know for certain, is that the target is NOT Trump.

He's the bait and also the Matador. He always is.
"A federal judge has rejected former President Donald Trump's claims of executive privilege and has ordered Mark Meadows and other former top aides to testify before a federal grand jury investigating Trump's efforts to overturn the election leading up to the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, multiple sources familiar with the matter tell ABC News.

Meadows, Trump's former chief of staff, was subpoenaed along with the other former aides by Special counsel Jack Smith for testimony and documents related to the probe.

Trump's legal team had challenged the subpoenas by asserting executive privilege, which is the right of a president to keep confidential the communications he has with advisers.

In a sealed order last week, Judge Beryl Howell rejected Trump's claim of executive privilege for Meadows and a number of others, including Trump's former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe, his former national security adviser Robert O'Brien, former top aide Stephen Miller, and former deputy chief of staff and social media director Dan Scavino, according to sources familiar with the matter.

Former Trump aides Nick Luna and John McEntee, along with former top DHS official Ken Cuccinelli, were also included in the order, the sources said.

Trump is likely to appeal the ruling..."
