Hundreds of pages of Epstein's private calendars and emails give an unprecedented insight into the late pedophile's extraordinary network of power and influence.

Presidents, prime ministers, royalty and famous names previously not linked to Epstein are featured in the hundreds of pages of documents.

They show that Epstein courted the world's elite even after serving 13 months in jail for having sex with underage girls – and being labeled a registered sex offender.

As he sought to rehabilitate his image, dozens of powerful people were scheduled to meet him including Irina Shayk, Chris Rock, Wendi Murdoch and Richard Branson. Tech billionaire Peter Thiel, early Facebook investor Sean Parker, artist Jeff Koons, JP Morgan chief executive Jamie Dimon and music industry executive Tommy Mottola, who used to be married to Mariah Carey, are also among those who appear in the documents.

Picking a replacement for the remainder of Stewart’s term will require a special election. Once Stewart officially announces he’s resigning, Gov. Spencer Cox has seven days to set the primary and special election schedule. Under state law, those dates will be the same as this year’s municipal primary and general elections, unless the Legislature appropriates money to hold an election on a different date…

Stewart’s resignation would temporarily reduce the GOP’s already slim majority in the House until his replacement is selected. There are currently 222 Republicans and 213 Democrats in the House. As it stands, Republicans can only afford to lose four votes when voting on legislation opposed by every Democrat. Stewart’s impending departure drops that number to three.

The congressman holds seats on the House Appropriations Committee and the House Intelligence Committee.

Stewart was widely believed to be preparing to run for the U.S. Senate seat currently held by Sen. Mitt Romney. His forthcoming announcement, adding an open House seat to the mix, will likely scramble that calculation.”

James G. Maloney, 57, pleaded guilty to the charges on Friday, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Northern District of Georgia. In 2016, Maloney's co-conspirators James J. Acree and James D. Fraley, III pleaded guilty to the same charges, FOX 5 Atlanta reported...

The three men were charged in connection with a scheme to defraud Georgia Tech and the CIA from early 2007 through late 2013, according to Buchanan. They were experts in electromagnetic analysis and measurements and were assigned to GTRI’s Advanced Concepts Laboratory.

I can think of some other folks who worked at Georgia Tech and ALSO committed some fraud and engaged in a conspiracy.

They were referred by Durham to the DOD IG and DIA General Counsel...

James Comer says that they are “already in the process of drafting legislation to hold an Oversight Committee markup (meeting) next week to hold Director Wray in contempt of Congress.”
