President Biden has COVID-19.

“He is fully vaccinated and twice boosted”
For those keeping score, you get a free pass for executing unarmed Trump supporters in the Capitol but you go to jail for ignoring a Congressional subpoena. 🤷‍♂️

This is a good listen
FBI whistleblowers allege FBI officials "undermined" derogatory - and perhaps criminal - Hunter Biden info.

This coincides with our own questions concerning Hunter Biden's criminal exposure:

Is Main Justice pulling the strings in the Hunter Biden investigation?

A must watch:

Senator Cruz takes FBI Director Wray to task for the FBI's entrapment scheme in the botched "kidnapping scheme" of Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

And Wray's admission that the FBI supervisor in charge of that scheme now runs the DC FBI field office.
It has been said that the danger of democracy is that it will no longer cease to be for "the people." No doubt we have reached that point.

The other danger of democracy is judgment: that the people will be delivered to those they elected.

Then there's the ancient wisdom telling us to be careful what you wish for because you just might get it.

If there's any slight satisfaction in watching Joe Biden's disastrous presidency, it's that got what he desired - the presidency - only to find his mediocrity outmatched by his ambition.

Fact checking the headlines: Alex Jones will not have to pay $45.2 million in punitive damages.

Texas law caps punitive damages in this case to $1.5 million ($750K per plaintiff). The damages - compensatory and punitive - thus total $5.6 million.

See Tex. Civ. P. Rem. Code 41.008(b) ("(b) Exemplary damages awarded against a defendant may not exceed an amount equal to the greater of: (1)(A) two times the amount of economic damages; plus (B) an amount equal to any noneconomic damages found by the jury, not to exceed $750,000; or (2) $200,000.").

Word is that the FBI raid on Trump's Mar-A-Lago home is purportedly because of the boxes Trump took with him from the White House.

Could be related to classified info. Could also be related to January 6. Could have to do with both.

No doubt this is an act of escalation by a Regime confronted with its own failures here and abroad.
Why are they targeting Trump?

The criminal law at issue is 18 USC 2071.

Those convicted of this offense will be “disqualified from holding any office under the United States.”
To further clarify the law:

The courts would likely conclude that Section 2071 does not prevent Trump from being elected in 2024. Section 2071 was debated back in 2015 regarding Hillary Clinton and the general consensus was that the law’s disqualification clause does not apply to the presidency: “if Congress has no power to add to the standing qualifications of its own members, it cannot add to the standing qualifications for the other elected constitutional positions, i.e., the President and Vice President.”

But the disqualification clause would certainly be used as a weapon both in the courts and with the public, consistent with the Regime’s strategy to damage Trump politically.
If you want to understand the depths of the FBI's corruption, here's a good place to start:

How the FBI - including Director Hoover - framed 4 innocent men for murder. And how Robert Mueller tried to protect the FBI after the scandal was uncovered.

The DOJ has requested the Court unseal the search warrant of Trump's home. Here's the relevant part of the motion.

It appears this does not include the affidavit of the FBI Agent in support of the search warrant. That's the juicy stuff, that's what we want.

The Court instructed the DOJ: "On or before 3:00 p.m. Eastern time on August 12, 2022, the United States shall file a certificate of conferral advising whether former President Trump opposes the Government's motion to unseal.

After that, we expect the warrant to be unsealed tomorrow at the earliest.

We'll be posting it in full once it is unsealed.

The Trump search warrant was never about classified materials.

The statutes cited in the warrant allow for prosecution even if none of the documents are classified.

A former President persecuted for having records relating to his administration.

While the Biden DOJ certainly desires prosecuting Trump, there’s an alternative we must consider - that they want to damage him politically ahead of 2024.
