I never looked into the matter in depth to be honest, but watching videos of ATGMs in Syria, Libya and Yemen I always wondered why no one invented ammunition for ATGMs that focused on being HE, Anti-personnel, Anti-material, as most of the loads seemed to be anti-armour in nature, which makes sense because that is the function that was originally intended for these machines ... But like many other machines of war it is the foot soldiers and not the engineers who put them to use, and apply them to other functions ...
As far as I know, there is no NATO equivalent, as they don't really make use of tripod ATGMs, which allow for heavier loads like thermobaric (the reason is simple, you rest it on the tripod, you don't carry it on you ...), the Carl Gustaff does have some modern, extremely expensive anti-personnel munitions with much smaller loads as they are rather recoilless rifles comparable to the RPG-7 for example.
Of course, there is the American TOW, but this is simply so large in size and weight, as the weapon has evolved little since the 80s. It is quite impractical for infantry, likewise it has less range and explosive than even the Russian-Soviet variants of the time (much more modern ones) and even the Ukrainian ones, it is simply a system that does not interest much in America.
The only comparable weapon would be Ukrainian-Soviet ATGMs, but this is where the current inventory comes into play, as I doubt they are capable of producing more.

For such a tiny country, I don't think there is a single country in the whole of Europe that doesn't have an Albanian mafia among the bloodiest and most criminal in the country, and if they don't exist, they just mix with their cousins in the Arab mafias ...
