I’m a commercial pilot and first hand have seen the massive increase in mil traffic.

I got an air traffic controller (south coast sector of London control) to confirm it back in summer of 2020’.

The Sunderland air show has been going on for as long as I can remember 26+ years…. Since covid it stopped and they’ve said it won’t happen again when it was a success every year.
Personally I think it’s because our military are in a war and can’t afford to give resources to the show
