A balloon is such a hilarious troll of a spy device, it's slow as fuck, easily spotted and everyone knows what it is. Yet even if you shoot it down it's completely anti-climactic as it deflates & slowly descends down to earth, and you just look like you're big mad you couldn't even stop something so simple in the first place
