At the end of July, the Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian Congress) adopted a law on the resumption of privatisation, which was halted due to a special Russian operation. More than 60 state enterprises are on the list for sale, their sale is scheduled for autumn.

The mass privatisation of state enterprises in Ukraine will begin with the sale of bakeries and distilleries at auctions, Olga Batova, acting head of state property fund of Ukraine, said on air of the TV channel 1+1.
