SIDS - Sudden Infant Death Syndrome - Twins

Two 3.5 month old twin girls were found dead in their crib by their mother, two days after getting multiple childhood vaccines (oral polio, DPT and 1st dose of Hep.B)

They had fever on 1st day of vaccination and were given acetaminophen.
