This happened half an hour after the announcement of a visa-free policy starting this month for Chinese citizens.

❌ Cuba became an "unattractive tourism market," reported Diario de Cuba a year ago. The reasons are not hard to guess: poor quality of services in hotels, including power outages, lack of supplies and food, as well as insecurity, fuel and medicine shortages.
