3人被控於2019年11月2日的0000時至約1505時、當警務人員透過破門而進入香港灣仔堅拿道西10號冠景樓4樓F室的處所期間，在香港的該處所，保管或控制59個汽油彈、79個玻璃瓶每個載有白色廢棉、50個玻璃瓶、約4.6公升淺黃色液體內含柴油、約1.0公升無色液體內含異丙醇、約4.9公升綠色液體內含汽油、白色廢棉、布條、布及毛巾，意圖在無合法辯解的情況下使用或導致他人使用或准許他人使用該等物品，以摧毀或損壞屬於另一人的財產。
