After decades of refusing to rule on the contentious issue of a state's ability to enforce immigration law the Supreme Court has ruled that Texas may enforce its new law, albeit temporarily.

Police in Texas will now be able to arrest illegal aliens.

And Texan judges may order that detained illegal aliens be deported from the state back to their country of origin,

Courts also ruled in January of 2024 that Texas could retain its border barriers. Specifically those floating in the Rio Grande.

These two rulings have decisively shifted power to control immigration, at least of illegal immigrants, away from Washington and to state houses.

This is a fantastic development for nationalists as well, as it significantly lowers the point of entry where pro-White policymakers could effect immigration policy and demographics.
