The news report that a lawsuit filed by Robert F Kennedy Jr, Prof Dolores Cahill and myself for crimes against humanity has been accepted by Canada's highest court is false.
There is no lawsuit filed by these three - although cooperating with each other. The lawsuit published in this context is a class action filed by the Canadian lawyer Michael Swinwood, who cooperates with me, and which is now pending in the second instance in Canada.
