Portland -- Protestors dressed in black are holding anti-Biden banners in Portland. Large number of protestors are now marching in NE Portland. Protest started from Revolution Hall, where police said protestors took officer's bicycle. They then retreated police. Democratic Party headquarters' windows smashed by antifa.
