There is now an economic demand for undamaged pilots, undamaged blood, undamaged flight attendants, undamaged sperm, undamaged partners, undamaged security guards etc. It basically was a strength test and now the people who passed the test have proved themselves strong enough to resist group pressure, herd compliance and psychological manipulation. It's called darma. Darma is when you do the right thing and the Universe provides you a reward for it.
