Small computer microchips are normally 5 to 10 nanometers in diameter, IBM makes one that is 2 nanometers.

The intraluminal vesicles known as Exosomes (see picture) are normally 30 to 150 nanometers in diameter, and the organisms known as Bacteriophages are anywhere from 24 to 200 nanometers. Much larger than microchips.

Scientists are claiming that the cellular breakdown particle debris they call viruses are 50 to 140 nanometers in diameter, that is their claim for what they are calling Sarscov2. so basically at least 25 times the size of IBM's smallest microchip.

Geneticists and Bacteriologists know the full genome sequences for many Exosomes and Bacteriophages (see picture) because they have PURIFIED and isolated them thousands of times and run either the Sanger or Maxam Gilbert chemical sequencing procedures on them...

because they are big enough to find, isolate and do so...just like so called virus particles are.
