“Hello everyone what you heard is true. I almost died on May 24 the evening of Heklina's memorial in the Castro. I had a cardiac infarction but I was sitting in the audience and luckily made it to Davies in time for surgery, but unfortunately, my hands were permanently affected, and now sadly must be removed. So I have to move forward in life without the use of my hands or feet, and it's a very Grim prospect but it's a reality that I'm facing at the moment. Thank you all for your continued support.”
