He threw a cinderblock through a police vehicle window (hitting an officer) during last year's George Floyd #riots.

On Tuesday Brandon Pack was sentenced to 8-9.5 years in prison for his actions during the George Floyd #riots in Columbus #Ohio

He threw bricks and shot fireworks at police, injuring 21 officers with burns and other injuries

5 people total were charged from that arson, including a USAF Airman (now discharged). They have all plead guilty, resolved in similar ways (to civil disorder from arson). Still several to be sentenced

Earlier today Andrew Augustyniak-Duncan was sentenced to 41 months in federal prison for throwing objects (likely concrete and pipe) at police during the George Floyd #riots in #Pittsburgh.

An officer was hit in the head and suffered a concussion. Prosecutors asked for 57 months

Earlier today Dakotah Ray Horton was sentenced to 24 months in federal prison for smashing a Deputy US Marshal with a baseball bat during the #Portland #Antifa federal courthouse #riots.

Officer had severe bruising to the upper back and shoulder areas

Adrian Wood was sentenced to time served + probation today on felony charges for throwing a brick through a police car window during the George Floyd #riots in #Wilmington #Delaware.

Time served was less than a day. Feds asked for 4 months in a halfway house & house arrest

Originally charged with arson (5 year mandatory minimum), pled to 2x Civil Disorder, details of plea deal available currently.

Blumenthal is known for being identified thanks to her "Keep the immigrants, deport the racists" T-Shirt she bought and left a review for on Etsy.

Micah Tillmon sentenced to 18 months in prison today for burning down a Japanese restaurant in Santa Monica during the 2020 George Floyd #riots.

Originally charged with arson, pled down to possession of a destructive device.

According to a letter filed last night, Federal prosecutors are backing off the terrorism enhancement in the Urooj Rahman and Colinford Mattis 2020 #NYC #riots firebombing case

The terrorism enhancement would have put a potential sentence at 5-10 years

In addition to this, EDNY USAO is backing off the guideline non-terrorism enhancement sentence of 37-46 months in favor of recommending a non-guideline sentence of 18-24 months.

Both are set to be sentenced later this month.

Tabri is the recipient of diversity visa (aka green card lottery)

Being sentenced to 365 days in prison would have made it an 'aggravated felony' which would be grounds for potential deportation and being barred from entry to US.

He did 21 months pretrial, so he's released now
