In 2023, Baloch nationalist groups intensified assaults on Pakistani security forces, triggering a corresponding escalation in attacks by Sunni Jihadist groups on Iranian security forces in the Balochistan province.

Conclusion: Jaish Al Adl is purely a sunni religious insurgency inside Iran with goals to liberate Sistan Baluchistan from ruling Shia Iranian state. Whereas, BLA, BLF & BRAS are Marxists ethnic-nationalist groups targeting solely Pakistan to liberate its Baluchistan province. These two different movements including their goals do not align with each other and are often used by respective states by offering shelters to achieve their strategic objectives.
