RE: US involvement in Ukrainian biolab oversight, storage management, transportation of, and assisting virologists working with deadly pathogens located in Ukraine.
This is the 'Agreement' that was attached to the existing 'Weapons Proliferation Treaty'.
The document was negotiated and signed just 25 days after Senator #Obama and then GOP Sen. Dick Lugar traveled to #Ukraine. 👀
