On Wednesday 11.10.23, five days into the war, my friend Eyal Sobotnik and I, arrived at the house of Leon Yanai, the brother of Moran Stella Yanai who was kidnapped to Gaza from the “Nova” party in Ra'im, to document him calling for her release and to find out about her whereabouts.

On that day we came to document five families of abducted and missing people from that bloody awful Saturday, when Hamas terrorists butchered so many innocent people.
Some of them have received since then the most heartbreaking news someone can get - that they are gone.
Murdered.
But this morning is a morning of a little light in that darkness - Moran is back home.

"The Twitter files" that were revealed proved that it was under the complete control of the American government and the FBI.

Aviva wasn’t at home.
Nurit and Amiram were abducted. Amiram is still being held captive.
Hana barricaded herself in the safe room with her dog, and survived. Her grandchildren, Ariel and Dolev, abducted.
Chambul and Rachel were in the safe room and survived along with Rachel’s caretakers, Savita and Mira.
Ditza was abducted, her house was looted.
Margalit was abducted. Her house was looted.
Yafa was abducted. Her house was looted. Her grandson, Tamir, was murdered and is still being held captive.

The Munders: Avraham and Ruti were abducted with their daughter, Keren, and their grandson Ohad. Abraham is still being held. Their son, Roee, was murdered. My parents survived, their house was burned to the ground.
The Shamir family survived, their house was burned to the ground.
Rami was murdered and Hana was abducted. Their house was looted. Their son Elad is still being held captive.
Brachah was murdered. Her house was burned to the ground.
Drora survived. Her house was burned.
Carmela was murdered with her granddaughter, Noya. Their house was completely burned down. Her grandchildren, Sahar and Erez, were abducted; their father, Ofer, is still captive.
And this is just one line of houses in the old neighborhood of the Kibbutz.

There are more; more rows, more people that are no longer. A community that was whole, and now all that is left of it are only remnants; only survivors. Tattered remains of a community grieving, broken, shattered, hurting, sick and injured;

After 40 funerals and 10 burial ceremonies for those who were murdered but are still in captivity - 
Waiting in incomparable pain for the 10 murdered and the 27 abducted who are still alive: in dark tunnels; in terrible humidity; People subjected to physical abuses, mental abuses, brainwashing and horrific humiliations thought up by sick minds; who suffer from fungus, hunger, thirst, headaches, constipation, bone softening, sharp changes in blood pressure and heart rate, back pain, muscle cramps, infections, bleeding, loneliness, depression, despair;

Her pregnancy cannot be ignored.

This woman who lost her daughter, her son in law, her mother in law, and her three grandchildren, who were brutally murdered by Hamas terrorists, is being beaten by Netanyahu's police.

היא כמובן חזרה מהר מאוד אל חיק "אבא".
האב המתעלל. המכה.
היום זו לא רק כת, אלא כת שיש לה פלנגות חמושות, משטרה שהיא ביביסטית על מלא, ספק אם נשארו שם בני אדם וגם אם פה ושם יש שוטרים שאינם כאלו, הם ספורים, נדירים ומיום ליום יש פחות ופחות מהם.
הסיפור של הפלנגות של נתניהו אינו חדש וגם לא חדש בעידן בן גביר, זוהי תופעה שהחלה ומזהמת את הגוף הזה שאמור להגן על האזרחים ובמקום זה - מתעמר ומתעלל באזרחים (כולם ככולם - חרדים, ערבים, אתיופים, מפגינים, ועכשיו משפחות החטופים והנרצחים) ועושים זאת בעודם מתפרנסים על גבם של אותם אלו שהם מתעללים בהם.
כאמור, כל דיקטטור וכל דיקטטורה ביותר ממאה השנים האחרונות, נקטו באותה השיטה, ולכולם הייתה משטרה אלימה ומושחתת לרשותם.
השאלה היא, מה ביום שאחרי? מה עם כל אלו שרק "מילאו פקודות"? האם ניתן לזה לעבור בשתיקה? להמשיך להתפרנס ולהנות מפנסיות שמנות על חשבון הציבור כאילו לא קרה דבר?
