President Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani and Mark Meadows are unindicted co-conspirators in the Michigan attorney general's case against the state's so-called "fake electors" in the 2020 election, a state investigator revealed in court on Wednesday.

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel charged 16 Republicans last year with forgery and conspiracy to commit election forgery for allegedly attempting to replace Michigan's electoral votes for Joe Biden with electoral votes for Trump at the certification of the vote on Jan. 6, 2021.

During Wednesday's hearing, which was part of preliminary examinations for the so-called fake electors, Howard Shock, a special agent for the attorney general's office, also testified that former Trump attorney Jenna Ellis is also an unindicted co-conspirator.

ICYMI: FBI produces Tennessee’s Covenant school shooter manifesto and other writings

The FBI has turned over writings from the Covenant school shooter to a federal judge, including the killer’s manifesto, which will be read privately by the judge.

U.S. District Court Judge Aleta A. Trauger will review the documents privately, before deciding whether to share the writings with the plaintiffs, the Tennessee Star reported on Monday.

Trauger previously said that there was “significant public interest” in the shooter’s manifesto, where a few pages were leaked by conservative commentator Steven Crowder last November. The leaked pages revealed anti-white writings, and that Hale was transgender and signed the pages as “Aidan.” Hale was born female, but identified as a man.

Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai faced a backlash in her native Pakistan on Wednesday, after the premier of a Broadway musical she co-produced with former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

The musical, titled “Suffs” and playing in New York since last week, depicts the American women’s suffrage campaign for the right to vote in the 20th century.

However Yousafzai, who was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2014, has been condemned by some for partnering with Clinton, an outspoken supporter of Israel’s war against Hamas.

Pakistan has seen many fiercely emotional pro-Palestinian protests since the war in Gaza began last October.

“Her theatre collaboration with Hillary Clinton — who stands for America’s unequivocal support for genocide of Palestinians — is a huge blow to her credibility as a human rights activist,” popular Pakistani columnist Mehr Tarar wrote on social media platform X.

“I consider it utterly tragic.”

Whilst Clinton has backed a military campaign to remove Hamas and rejected demands for a ceasefire, she has also explicitly called for protections for Palestinian civilians.

The Biden administration spent taxpayer dollars meant to fund a border wall to pay for “environmental planning,” according to a new report by the Government Accountability Office (GAO).

At the request of Republican Reps. Jack Bergman of Michigan and Jodey Arrington of Texas, the GAO investigated whether the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) broke the law when it effectively blocked the use of taxpayer dollars to build a wall along the southern border. While GAO’s final report clears the DHS of breaking the law, it confirmed that DHS used congressionally-appropriated funds meant for the wall to pay for “environmental planning” and efforts “to remediate or mitigate environmental damage from past border wall construction.”

Republicans on the House Budget Committee, including Bergman and Arrington, characterized the GAO’s finding as confirmation that the Biden administration has spent taxpayer funds meant to enhance border security to further its environmental agenda.

EXCLUSIVE — The top Republican on the Senate Small Business Committee is requesting information from the Small Business Administration after allegations the government agency is participating in “politically motivated travel with taxpayer dollars.”

Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) recently sent a letter to SBA Administrator Isabel Guzman, demanding answers after an undercover video was posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, by a conservative video activist that shows an adviser talking about how “Guzman travels across the country to help elect Democrats.”

“The White House was like, yes, go. Invite Sen. Tester. Don’t invite the other senator because he’s a Republican,” says Tyler Robinson, a special adviser to SBA staff, in the video, referencing the Montana Democrat in a critical Senate race this cycle. “And don’t invite the two members of Congress because they’re Republicans.”

ALBANY, New York — Gov. Kathy Hochul doesn’t see the benefit of House Speaker Mike Johnson’s visit Wednesday afternoon to Columbia University.

He should stay in Washington, she told reporters.

“I think politicizing this and bringing the entourage to put a spotlight on this is only adding to the division,” Hochul said of his afternoon visit to the tumult on the Manhattan campus. “A speaker worth the title should really be trying to heal people and not divide them, so I don’t think it adds to anything.”

She added he’d be better off working on a border deal as New York continues to grapple with a surge of migrants.

Shai Davidai was barred from campus after helping lead a pro-Israel counter demonstration and said Jewish students are fleeing Columbia University in New York City because they are scared.

'The University of Columbia has two presidents right now and it's Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar because this is not about Israel, this is about America,' the professor told Fox News in reference to AOC's fellow pro-Palestinian squad members in the House.

The Arizona House on Wednesday passed legislation that would repeal the state’s 1864 near-total abortion ban, as Republicans joined with all the chamber’s Democrats.

Wednesday was the third attempt to vote in as many weeks, as Republicans had successfully blocked Democrats’ last two attempts.

Still, the repeal can’t go into effect until 90 days after the legislative session ends, and the session has no end date. The 1864 law will take effect June 8 at the earliest.
