Die russische Zentralbank hingegen habe eine hervorragende Arbeit geleistet, um auf die EU-Sanktionen zu reagieren und somit die Inflation in Russland niedrig zu halten. Weiter gesteht sie ein, dass die EU-Sanktionen insgesamt nicht den gewünschten Effekt entfalten.
Zum digitalen Euro verrät Lagarde, dass die Entscheidung über die Einführung schon in diesem Oktober fallen werde.
