We are saddened to confirm that a 45-year old man on a fishing vessel who was unwell and brought unresponsive to Himmafushi Health Centre, has passed away today at 9:13am. He was from AA. Malhos.

He was administered the Covishield vaccine on 8th March in AA. Malhos.

As per protocol, a full investigation is being carried out to confirm the cause of death.

It is important to note that serious events including death can occur unrelated to the vaccine.
