Die Vorlage eines gefälschten Impfausweises bei privaten Institutionen wie Apotheken oder Restaurants ist nach einer Entscheidung des LG Osnabrück bisher aufgrund einer Strafbarkeitslücke nicht strafbar.
Das will die CDU-Fraktion bereits am kommenden Donnerstag mit einer Gesetzesinitiative rasch ändern.
Hiernach sollen dann die Par. 278,279 StGB entsprechend geändert werden.

Dieser Schritt war vorhersehbar.
Es bleibt abzuwarten, wie die Gesetzesänderung sich im Einzelnen darstellen wird. Man kann aber davon ausgehen, dass die Änderung so umfassend sein wird, dass dann wohl alle Tatbestände, die sich während der Coronazeit ergeben haben, erfasst werden sollen. Hierunter fallen dann wohl auch eindeutig die sog. Maskenatteste. Denn wenn man schon einmal dabei ist, kann man ja das gleich mit ändern.
Es ist auch davon auszugehen, dass der Bundestag der Gesetzesänderung mit breiter Mehrheit zustimmen wird, auch wenn die CDU an der künftigen Regierung nicht beteiligt sein wird.
Für die bis zum Inkrafttreten der Gesetzesänderung „aufgeflogenen“ Impfpassfälschungen gilt allerdings noch die bisherige Rechtslage.

Richard a old truck driver, mechanic, carpenter, and general contractor lived in Florida. He ran for election to the Florida House of Representatives to represent District 23. Rowe also ran for election to the U.S. House to represent Florida's 3rd Congressional District.
Richard passed away unexpectedly on October 29, 2021 and was found by his neighbors.
Though he was outspoken about his feelings towards the unvaxxed, we don’t victim shame here. Like so many he is a victim of years of sophisticated psychological warfare on humanity. It’s unfortunate people fall into the trap and end up in this situation. I share his story because he had such strong views and this was the result. Those questioning must see all sides.

17 year old Sean a student at Banting Memorial high school in Ontario, Canada loved to play hockey according to his family. He played with the Beeton Athletic Association. The arena he was playing hockey at would not let him go in unless he had the vaccine. He took the shot some time in August and developed myocarditis. Just two weeks after receiving the shot, he collapsed and died of cardiac arrest in his parents home.
Sending love to Seans friends and family. Reporting on these unnecessary deaths are never easy especially when they are so young.
