As the law says even it 'feels wrong' you can report it. This speech was made in the Scottish Parliament on the 11th of June 2020.

If this is true, it's a really good thing. On top of the obvious protections this would provide, it will enrage the establishment and unveil the truth that the civil rights movement didn't usher in 'equality', it effectively began a process that has resulted in white people being second class citizens.

Any police officer enforcing these laws should be shunned by everyone and treated as an outcast.
