This week, Dr Chikwe Ihekweazu paid a farewell visit to the Director-General of National Youth Service Corps - NYSC to appreciate his continuous support and collaboration over the last few years.

He appreciated the hard work carried out together to strengthen the health security of all Nigerians.

Our Director-General, Dr Ifedayo Adetifa and Director of Surveillance & Epidemiology, Mrs Elsie Ilori joined key stakeholders and health security partners in the recently concluded three-day technical meeting of the Presidential Steering Committee on COVID-19 summit.

The summit themed 'Pushing through the Last Mile to End the Pandemic and Build Back Better' aimed to chart the next steps in the fight against the #COVID19 pandemic.
